Established in December 1994, HENG XIN LAW OFFICE is one of the earliest law offices operated in partnership based in Dalian, P. R. China. The Shenyang Sub-office was opened in 2001 . Over the ten years history, HENG XIN has been honored numerous awards such as “Advanced Law Firm”by Dalian Municipal Bureau of Justice for consecutive 6 years from 1998 to 2003,“Provincial Advanced Law Firm” from 2001 to 2003 by Liaoning Provincial Department of Justice,“AAA Level Trustworthy Law Firm”in 2004 by Liaoning Provincial Department of Justice and “National Excellent Law Firm” in June of 2005 by All China Lawyers Association.

4. Bid for the State's major projects.
